Centro Loyalty Program

    1. A customer can avail loyalty points by purchasing from any Centro Shoes & More stores across India.  

   2. 1 point is availed for a purchase of every INR 100/- from the stores.

   3. Each point is valued at INR 1/-.

   4. The customer can avail these points at the next billing from any Centro footwear stores. (No points can be redeemed on initial bill.)

   5. The minimum points for redemption are 100. The customer can only redeem the points after he has earned a minimum of 100 points.

   6.The maximum points a customer can redeem on one purchase is 300 points.

   7. An OTP is generated for redemption of points to the customer’s registered mobile number.

  8. Points can be redeemed only on purchase of any products from the store.

  9. Points cannot be redeemed in cash or gift vouchers.

 10. The points automatically expire in 180 days. (Calculated from the date earned)

 11. The points can be redeemed only at Centro Shoes & More stores and not for online transactions at our website.

 12. Points cannot be transferred from one person to another.

 13. Points cannot be converted into a credit note.

 14. Points do accrue in case of purchase of discounted products.

 15.We are okay to give earning on purchase of gift cards, provided when MOP is gift card, there shall be no earning of loyalty points.

 16.Points previously earned can be redeemed during end of season sale or on any discounted products.

 17. Customers cannot request ‘switching’ of mobile number. This is to prevent misuse.

 18. Customers have an option to unsubscribe from Centro Loyalty plan. Post unsubscribe, customer will not earn any loyalty points, but outstanding points will not expire, and customer should be able to redeem loyalty points before the expiry.
