• A customer can avail loyalty points by purchasing from any Centro footwear stores across India.

• 1 point is earned for a purchase of every Rs 100/- from the stores.

• Each point is valued at Rs 1/-.

• The maximum points a customer can redeem on one purchase is 300 points.

• The customer can avail these points at the next billing from any Centro footwear stores.

• An OTP is generated for redemption of points to the customer’s registered mobile number.

• Points can be redeemed only on purchase of any products from the store.

• Points previously earned can be redeemed during Sale or on any discounted products.

• Points cannot be redeemed in cash or gift vouchers.

• The points are automatically expired in 180 days. (Calculated from the date availed)

• The points can be redeemed only at Centro footwear retail stores and not online on the website.

• Points cannot be transferred from one person to another.

• Points cannot be converted into a credit note.

• Loyalty points cannot be earned on purchase of any discounted products.
