Redeeming Loyalty Points
- A maximum of 300 points can be redeemed per transaction.
- Points can be redeemed only on subsequent purchases — not valid on the initial bill.
- OTP verification (sent to the customer's registered mobile number) is required at the time of redemption.

Terms & Conditions for Redemption
- Loyalty points can be redeemed only for in-store purchases and cannot be converted into cash, credit notes, or gift vouchers.
- Points cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- 30 April 2026 is the last date for redemption of loyalty points.
- No points will be redeemed after 30 April 2026 under any circumstances.
- All unredeemed points will expire after 30 April 2026.
- Any remaining points post this date will be considered expired and will not be recoverable.
Unsubscribing
03 — Unsubscribe
Unsubscribing from the Loyalty Program
- Customers can unsubscribe at any time.
- No new points will be credited after unsubscribing, but existing points remain valid until expiry.
- Linked mobile numbers cannot be switched to maintain fair usage.
- 30 April 2026 will be the last date for redemption of the loyalty points.
