Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before visiting our store.

01 — Store Policy
Terms & Conditions Offline
  • Store opens from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • The Store will not be responsible for any shortages or damages noticed after delivery and conditions mentioned therein.
  • Retain cash memo for future references.
  • Goods left for alteration / undelivered must be collected within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • No exchange of merchandise sold under schemes or offers.
  • No cash refunds.
Exchange Policy
02 — Exchange
Store Exchange Policy
  • We will accept exchange of merchandise within 15 days from the date of purchase on providing proof (cash memo in original), if the merchandise is returned unused, intact, undamaged and in saleable condition with original tags.
  • Except altered merchandise or items like socks, handbags which cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • In case of repairable defect in the merchandise, the same will be repaired and not exchanged (within warranty period of 3 months from billing date against the manufacturing defects).
  • We reserve the right to determine whether goods have been damaged or used.
  • Exchange / Repairs are permitted only between 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on all working days. Exchange of merchandise allowed only once.
  • No exchange on discount merchandise and no exchange request will be entertained during End of Season Sale.
  • For any exchange, return, credit note or points redemption, OTP verification is mandatory for the customer's benefit.

Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions
Earning Loyalty Points
  • Earn 1 loyalty point for every ₹100 spent at CENTRO Shoes & More, CENTRO Grande, and THE SHOE STORE locations across India.
  • 1 loyalty point = ₹1.
Redeeming Loyalty Points
  • A maximum of 300 points can be redeemed per transaction.
  • Points can be redeemed only on subsequent purchases (not valid on the initial bill).
  • OTP verification (sent to the customer's registered mobile number) is required at the time of redemption.
Terms & Conditions for Redemption
  • Loyalty points can be redeemed only for in-store purchases and cannot be converted into cash, credit notes, or gift vouchers.
  • Points cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Points are valid for 180 days from the date of earning and will expire automatically thereafter.
  • Points can be redeemed even on discounted products and during sales.
Earning Points on Specific Purchases
  • Points are earned on discounted products and gift card purchases.
  • However, no additional points will be awarded when paying with a gift card.
Unsubscribing from the Loyalty Program
  • Customers can unsubscribe at any time.
  • No new points will be credited after unsubscribing, but existing points remain valid until expiry.
  • Linked mobile numbers cannot be switched to maintain fair usage.
