Return / Cancellation Request
  • Kindly contact our helpdesk to initiate a request. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days of receiving your submission.
03 — Guest Users
Guest Users
  • For guest users, please contact our helpdesk directly with your order ID and registered email. Our team will manually process your request and keep you updated every step of the way.
04 — Pickup

  • Products will be checked at the time of pickup. Please ensure the following conditions are met:
  • Correct and complete product
  • Unused condition
  • Undamaged product
  • Original packaging intact
05 — Refunds
Refunds
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is approved and inspected.
06 — Notes
Important Notes
  • No returns on discounted or sale items — all such purchases are final
  • Original packaging is mandatory for all return pickups
  • Used, washed, or altered products will not be accepted

Refunds on Cancellation
Refund Processing
If you selected Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer. For prepaid orders, the amount is returned to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.
